Refund policy

Mayve Martinez is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.

We send orders Monday to Friday, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed in a week of holidays maybe have delays.

We do everything to get your orders on time, otherwise packages can arrive outside the given timeframe.

The international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, we do recommend contacting your local customs website for the limits of duty free or local customs authorities.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you send an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return or Exchanges

After you receive your merchandise, you have (15) fifteen days to notify us and send the piece back to the store address with tracking number.

We do check the merchandise after we get it. It has to be new, with tags, and the original bag. We do not accept pieces with any damage or used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds 

If you have not yet received a refund, first verify your bank account again.

Then, contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Items on sale 

Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately items on offer cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@mayvemartinez.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift sent the order to be delivered to you later, we will send you a refund to the gift and he will find out of your return.
